Our riding instructors--Jody Lancaster, Robin Brennan, Jaimey Lancaster, Ashley Gilbert, and Caroline Letts--are skilled professionals that offer quality training and technique. All ages, any level, and any discipline of riders are welcome. We teach English and Western style riding. Our main focus is on hunters, jumpers & equitation. We are determined to teach our students horsemanship, sportsmanship, and how to ride correctly and safely. You may bring your own horse, or take a lesson on one of ours. Full, half, and quarter leases always available. Riding on a weekly basis is encouraged. (Please note: NO trail rides are offered)
Every new rider must start with a one-hour evaluation lesson ($85) to evaluate your skill level.
Lesson costs are as follows:
Private - $85.00/hour
Semi-private (2 riders) - $75.00/hour
Group (3 or more riders) - $65.00/hour
Middletown location - offers 500 acres of rolling hills and forest as well as three outdoor rings. An indoor riding barn is also located on the property. This historic farm boasts large 12' x 12' stalls and huge grass turnout. We have three nine-stall barns with tack rooms, and a Kentucky-style 16-stall barn with a large tack room and two feed rooms. We currently have stalls available.
Full service board includes:
Daily stall cleaning
Daily and occasional nighttime turnout
Blanketing as needed
Extra needs such as wrapping, etc.
